For safety and hygiene reasons our products we do not accept returns.

We want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade with plant base ingredients.  

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Soapery Di N' is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description. Please see the list of ingredients in the description of each product.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If you observe any allergies then immediately discontinue using that product. All of our products are for external use only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
